IBC Inspections Information

 

Since the 2012 International Building Code adoption of certain projects such as:

 

  • Buildings that have an occupiable floor or roof that is 75 feet above fire department vehicular access,

  • Buildings that are designated as a risk category III

  • Buildings that are designated as a risk category IV

  • Residential Group R buildings with occupancy over 250

Require special inspection.
